Warranty & Refund Policy

Introduction

Our warranty and refund policy applies to all compressed sofa products purchased from Aimstyto’s official store. Due to the nature of vacuum-compressed furniture, products cannot be restored to their original condition once unsealed.

We are committed to providing responsible after-sales service and fair solutions in cases of product quality issues.

Warranty Coverage (6 Months)

All compressed sofa products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material quality issues under normal household use (living room / bedroom use).

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Damage caused after product unsealing due to personal preference issues

Purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers are subject to their respective after-sales policies.

Refund & Return Policy
1. Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not been shipped, you may request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

2. Orders Shipped
2.1 Unopened & Unused Products

If the compressed sofa is brand new, unopened, and unused, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:
Product must remain sealed in original vacuum packaging
Product must be returned in original protective packaging
Return shipping fee is borne by the customer
Refund will be issued after the returned product is inspected and approved
Returns requested after 7 days or for opened products will not be accepted.

2.2 Opened Products (Non-Returnable)
Once the compressed sofa has been unsealed or expanded, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of verified product quality issues.
This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

3. Quality-Related Issues

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:
Order number (e.g., #XXXX)
Description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
Our support team will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement parts
Product replacement
Partial or full refund (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by product quality, Aimstyto will cover the related shipping costs.
If the issue is not related to product quality, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes
Returns must be delivered to Aimstyto-designated warehouses
Unauthorized returns may be rejected

Warranty becomes void if the returned product does not match the original order

Aimstyto reserves the right to interpret this policy.
